Aware of how much it has benefited from the Earth, the Yves Rocher company cares about the environment. All our used products are now sent to a recycling firm.
Creams and liquids are composted (51,000 kg per year).
Plastic containers, squeezable bottles and leaflets are recycled (27,000 kg per year).
Creams in glass pots, samples, makeup and promotional materials are designated for energy renewal and are used to heat buildings (43,000 kg per year).
Our old computers are donated to charitable organizations.
Over 84.9% of our garbage was recycled, composted or renewed in 2007, totalling 363,000 kg.
